This FXRT was purchased new by the current owner. It was ridden often, mostly on highway trips. For the last 20 years or so it has been kept in mild storage between rides; the fuel tank and carburetor were drained, Battery Tender attached, and the bike was elevated on a chassis lift to get the weight off the suspension and tires. It never failed to start and run perfectly after airing up the tires and adding fresh gas.
