Notice to Bidders: All of the vehicles we list on are for sale locally. We reserve the right to end an auction early. All cars are immediately ready for delivery upon sale.
Deposit: We require a non-refundable $500 deposit via Cashapp / venmo / Or PAY_PAL within 24 hours of winning the auction.
Please call to make arrangements for payment. We will not except any more then $500 from venmo or Zelle Or Cashapp or PayPal as a deposit
We prefer Wire transfer is the quickest and easiest
All sales transactions must be completed within 2 calendar days of auction close.
ANY car or truck left longer then 7 calander days of auction Close is subject to a $25.00 a day surcharge for storage therafter

Vehicle is listed locally, we reserve the right to end the auction at any time.There will be a $399 doc fee added to winning bid no exceptions ,this covers all title transfers , dealer paperwork along with overnight of Title Bill of sale and all other paperwork associated with the tranaction.
All NY residents must pay sales tax on the vehicle purchased.
ALL NY residents must pay $37 for a new State inspection
All out of state buyers are responsible for Sales Tax in your own state !!!!!!!!!!!!
